So our IKEA biltong box is in constant use, drying and preparing delicious biltong.
It’s not a big box, but the advantages are that you can actually place it in a small kitchen, it looks nice and integrates with the rest of your kitchen, compared to the average Biltong box – and the whole kitchen smells great.
We made a couple of time-lapse videos while we were at it so you can see the drying process. It’s pretty amazing to see the process happen like this, we thought. And the biltong is delicious afterwards.
